MUAY THAI
Originating in Thailand and known as the art of eight limbs, Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows to deliver powerful, effective strikes.
Whether you're here to learn self-defence, level up your fitness, or build a solid base for MMA, Muay Thai is an essential part of your stand-up game.
Classes typically include skipping, shadowboxing, stretching, pad work, bag work, and technique drills — all tailored to help you grow at your own pace.
MMA
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) brings together the best of Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Muay Thai, giving you the tools to handle yourself in both striking and grappling situations. It’s a dynamic, ever-evolving discipline that challenges both body and mind.
Whether you're just starting out or looking to compete, this class is designed to develop well-rounded skills — stand-up, clinch, and ground — while building your confidence, fitness, and fight IQ.
Classes typically include a structured warm-up, mobility work, technical drills, positional sparring and live rolling or striking, depending on the focus for the day.
