Service Description
Give your child a positive, structured activity this summer with access to our Kids MMA and Muay Thai classes at Core Combat Sports. The Summer Pass includes 12 coached classes between 21 July and 31 August 2026, with sessions every: Monday at 5:00pm Saturday at 10:00am The first available Kids session is Saturday 25 July, and the final session is Monday 31 August. Classes are designed to develop fitness, coordination, confidence, discipline and martial arts skills in a welcoming team environment. Sessions are suitable for beginners as well as children with previous experience. Location: Core Combat Sports, Unit 3A Hillam Court Industrial Estate, Bradford, BD2 1QN.

CORE COMBAT SPORTS TRIAL SESSION WAIVER & PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK I understand that participation in martial arts training at Core Combat Sports involves inherent risks, including physical contact and the possibility of injury. These risks may include bruises, sprains, strains, fractures, concussion and, in rare cases, serious injury. I voluntarily choose to participate, or allow my child to participate, and accept the risks associated with martial arts training. LIABILITY I agree that participation is undertaken at my own risk and release Core Combat Sports, its owners, coaches and staff from liability for injuries arising from the ordinary risks of participation. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law. MEDICAL DECLARATION I confirm that I (or my child) am not aware of any medical condition that would make participation unsafe, or that any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed to Core Combat Sports. In the event of an accident or medical emergency, I authorise Core Combat Sports to seek appropriate medical assistance and accept responsibility for any associated costs. JUNIOR PARTICIPANTS If the participant is under 18, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and consent to their participation. I understand that martial arts training involves physical contact, partner drills and, where appropriate, controlled sparring. RULES & CONDUCT I agree that I (or my child) will follow all instructions, safety rules and guidance provided by Core Combat Sports coaches. Failure to do so may result in removal from training. DECLARATION I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement and agree to its terms.
