At Core Combat Sports we cater to everyone, from the nervous first-timers to the experienced Martial Artist.

JUNIOR CLASSES
(Ages 10-15)
These classes provide fun introduction into the world of Martial Arts training. Juniors will develop discipline, confidence and self-defence skills, in a friendly team-based environment.
Our Junior members have access to all our Muay Thai / Kickboxing and Submission Grappling classes, helping them to become a complete Martial Artist.
ADULT CLASSES
These classes are designed to develop our students technique, physical fitness and fight IQ.

Open to all skill levels, theses classes a great way to learn new skills, improve fitness and have fun in friendly environment.

Our Adult members have access to all our Muay Thai / Kickboxing and Submission Grappling classes, helping to prepare them for all scenarios.
MUAY THAI
Originating in Thailand and known as the science of 8 limbs. Muay Thai uses punches, kicks, knees and elbow strikes to subdue the opposition.

For those interested in training and competing in MMA, Muay Thai will form the base of your standup game.
​
Classes typically entail: skipping, shadow boxing, stretching, pad work, bag work and technique drills.
MMA GRAPPLING
Combining techniques from Wrestling and Brazilian Jiujitsu to take down, control and submit the opposition.

For those interested in training and competing in MMA, This class is designed to prepare you for all grappling exchanges.
