After opening our club in May this year, we have been delighted with the start that we have made. We've created a friendly community, welcomed lots of new faces and begun developing a strong fight team. 2022 is almost at an end and before we start the new year there is some important news that we would like to share with our members.
The Christmas Break
The gym will be closed on Friday 23rd of December and will re-open on Monday 2nd January. During that time we are planning to open the gym for some open mat sessions. Open mat sessions will be advertised on our social media so look out for these if your keen to get a sweat on during the festive period.
December Offer During the month of December members can invite a friend for a one week FREE trial. If this is of interest simply speak to one of the coaches to arrange this.
Core Christmas Party
On Saturday 17th December at 7pm we will be having a Christmas Party. We have narrowed it down to two options which are both local to the gym. If your interested in coming make sure you vote below and add your name to the list at the gym.

2023
In 2023 we will be introducing some small changes to help the Club to continue to adapt and grow:
New Lunchtime Classes
From January 2023 we will be trialling two new MMA classes. These new classes will run from 12:00 - 13:00 on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime. If these classes are popular they will become permanent additions to our timetable. This is just one way that we hope to offer our members more flexibility and you more value for money.
New Equipment Requirements
In 2023 all members will be required to bring their own boxing gloves and shinpads to classes. Equipment will be sold at the gym (boxing gloves £29.99 and shinpads at £19.99) however members are free to purchase their gear from wherever they like.
New Membership Pricing
We're simplifying things in 2023 - one membership with one price. Members currently on a Muay Thai only membership will see their monthly fee increase to by £5 in January. Members on the MMA membership, currently paying £49.99 will see no changes to their monthly fee.
