After opening our club in May this year, we have been delighted with the start that we have made. We've created a friendly community, welcomed lots of new faces and we have watched our Junior Members make huge improvements in their training . 2022 is almost at an end and before we start the new year there is some important news that we would like to share with our members.
The Christmas Break
The gym will be closed on Friday 23rd of December and will re-open on Monday 2nd January.
New Classes
In January 2023 we will be changing our timetable to bring our members and parents more flexibility and you more value for money. Our new timetable is as follows:
Mondays and Wednesdays - Muay Thai / Kickboxing, 17:00-17:55.
Tuesdays and Thursdays - MMA Grappling, 17:00-17:55.
New Equipment Requirements
In 2023 all members will be required to bring their own boxing gloves and shinpads to classes. Equipment will be sold at the gym (boxing gloves £29.99 and shinpads at £19.99) however members are free to purchase their gear from wherever they like.
