Summer MMA & Muay Thai Classes for Kids and Juniors in Bradford

Finding worthwhile activities for children during the long summer holidays can be difficult. Parents want something that keeps them active, gives them structure and helps them develop useful skills—not simply another way to pass the time.

The Core Combat Sports Summer Pass gives children and teenagers access to regular MMA and Muay Thai classes throughout the school holidays. The programme runs from 21 July to 31 August 2026 and is suitable for complete beginners as well as young people who already train.

With separate passes for Kids and Juniors, each age group follows a timetable designed around our usual weekly classes.

Kids Summer Pass: Ages 7–10

The Kids Summer Pass includes access to 12 classes across the summer holiday period.

Classes are available:

  • Mondays at 5:00pm

  • Saturdays at 10:00am

The first available Kids class is Saturday 25 July 2026, and the final class is Monday 31 August 2026.

The pass costs £49, which works out at just over £4 per class.

Kids sessions are designed to introduce children to MMA and Muay Thai in a structured and age-appropriate environment. Training may include basic striking techniques, movement, pad work, fitness exercises and controlled partner drills.

The focus is not only on martial arts technique. Classes also help children improve their coordination, listening skills, confidence, discipline and ability to work with others.

Juniors Summer Pass: Ages 11–16

The Juniors Summer Pass gives teenagers access to 24 classes, with up to four sessions available each week.

Classes take place:

  • Tuesdays at 5:00pm

  • Wednesdays at 5:00pm

  • Thursdays at 5:00pm

  • Fridays at 5:00pm

The first Junior class is Tuesday 21 July 2026, and the final class is Friday 28 August 2026.
